More than 150 diners at CLC Duchally Country Estate saw red last week – and loved it!

They chose one of the 5-day menu ‘specials’, adding £1 each time to the resort’s ‘Menu Relief’ fund raiser – whereby restaurants across the UK joined the ‘Red Nose’ fun.

The CLC Duchally Country Estate special dishes were themed red in colour, as a novel way to create interest in the charity event.
