Mother’s Day Lunch Menu

STARTERS

Cream of Sweet Potato and Rosemary Soup

with homemade bread roll

Duet of Galia melon and pineapple

with lime sorbet and raspberry coulis

Filo parcel of goats cheese

with red onion marmalade, balsamic dressing

Homemade crab cakes

served on herb salad, mango, lime and chilli salsa

MAINS

Poached fillet of salmon

fondant potato and creamed leeks

Roast ribeye of Scottish beef,

Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and vegetables

Baked Serrano wrapped supreme of chicken

with chorizo polenta and roast tomato coulis

Roast sweet pepper, red onion and smoked applewood cheese quiche

roast tomato sauce, salad of fresh herbs

topped with chantilly cream and berry sauce
