Chef is proud to introduce Roast Supreme of Szechuan Pepper Crusted Duck, how tasty does that sound! And for vegetarians, or those who just like to vary their diet, an equally delicious Wild Mushroom and Beetroot Lasagne makes it back on the menu by popular demand!

Dessert is always a sticky choice… Duchally mess (with Glenfiddich whisky syrup) is always popular, as is hot sticky toffee pudding, double chocolate cheesecake and raspberry and vanilla crème brûlée. Now we have the further temptation of warm pear and frangipane tart with cinnamon ice cream and vanilla anglaise… One solution could be to opt for our Assiette of Desserts for two to share, that way you get the warmed pear and frangipane tart AND the double chocolate cheesecake!
