Perth Highland Games

One of the premiere events in Scotland’s social and sporting calendar, the Perth Highland Games, will take place at North Inch, Perth on Sunday, 12 August (the Glorious Twelfth).

The Games will include the traditional heavyweight events such as throwing the hammer and tossing the caber as well as foot races for adults and youths with cash prizes. There are also music and dance competitions including highland dancing, solo piping and pipe band contests which this year will feature a large number of bands from overseas.

Events commence at 10.30 a.m.
Admission charges are £7.00 for adults and £4.00 for children and senior citizens.
Car parking is free.
