Whatever the weather outside, inside CLC Duchally our Valentine’s dinner will be melting hearts! Our cosy lounge bar with open log fire is the perfect place to start your evening with live music.

The Valentine’s menu includes pan-seared scallops to start, through mains of halibut, char-grilled Scottish beef, pan-seared duck or wild mushroom and honey-roast beetroot lasagne as a vegetarian option, to a flamboyant finale with a choice of our very own Duchally Heart…

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
with toasted ciabatta bread tuilles

Pan-seared Scallops, Chorizo and Black Pudding
with a lemon butter sauce

Warm Salad of Smoked Duck
served with spiced roasted plums and candied ginger syrup

Cheese Roulade with Spinach and Sunblush Tomatoes
on a rocket salad, with walnut praline dressing

Baked Herb Crusted Halibut Fillet
with Mediterranean crushed potatoes and basil dressing

Chargrilled Sirloin of Scottish Beef
Sweet potato dauphinoise, roast cherry tomatoes, claret jus

Pan seared Duck Supreme
Roast butternut squash, sweet chilli dressing

Wild Mushroom and Honey Roast Beetroot Lasagne
with goats’ cheese sabayon, salad of herbs
